I had fun meeting all my family and friends. Everyone was so nice to come visit us in the hospital. I even got new outfits, blankets, and my first bouquet of flowers. All this attention made it feel like it was my birthday! Well, I guess it really was my "birth" day! 
Time seemed to stop while we were in the hospital. Our family's focus was on each other---just Mommy, Daddy, and me! We had so much fun getting to know each other. Mommy and Daddy held me all day long in amazement of how much of a miracle I am.

Anna, those people pictured with you are going to spoil you. It will be worse for you because you were born with the Maynard charm. You won't be able to control it. Let it happen.
